Debt Arrangement Scheme

This is an alternative to the preferred Trust Deed and generally applies as the best alternative with people who have assets. It involves statutory debt management established and approved by the Scottish Government. All interest charges are frozen and it stops creditors from contacting you direct and helps protect any assets that you may have i.e house, car etc. There is no debt write-off using this alternative and you continue to make affordable monthly payments until your debt has been cleared.
